Terms of Use

Last updated October 27, 2026

These terms cover the Kids Movie Player app for Roku and the free Kids Movie Player Library program for Windows. By using them you agree to these terms.

What it does

Kids Movie Player shows and plays video files that you keep on your own computer. It does not include, sell or stream any movies or shows of its own.

Your videos

You're responsible for the videos you add. Only add videos you have the right to watch, such as your own recordings, videos you bought, or videos whose owners allow it.

Free trial and purchase

The app is free for 7 days. After that, playing videos needs a one-time purchase ($4.99 in the U.S.), made through your Roku account with Roku Pay. Roku's own terms cover the payment, refunds and your Roku account. The purchase unlocks the app on the Roku devices on your Roku account. There's no subscription.

No warranty

The app and the library program are provided "as is". We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't promise they'll work with every computer, network, video file or Roku model, or without interruption. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using them, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If we change the terms, we'll post the new version on this page.
